摘　　要：目的探讨铱-192腔内放疗预防尿道狭窄术后复发的有效性及安全性。方法 65例尿道狭窄患者术后随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用铱-192腔内放疗并与对照组比较,观察疗效。结果随访1年6个月治疗组尿道狭窄复发率12.5%,对照组复发率69.7%,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论铱-192腔内放疗可以有效预防尿道狭窄术后复发,副作用小,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of intraluminal brachytherapy with 192Ir to prevent recurrence of urethral stricture after operation.Methods 65 patients with urethral stricture were randomly divided into 2 groups after operation.The treatment group received intraluminal brachytherapy with 192Ir and was compared with the control group.Results The recurrence rate of urethral stricture in the treatment group was 12.5% and that in control group was 69.7% during the follow-up of 18 months.There was a significant statistical difference between（P0.05）.Conclusion Intraluminal brachytherapy with 192Ir can effectively prevent recurrence of urethral stricture effectively after operation.
