摘 要:将基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂(DMT-Ⅱ)的少铬鞣法用于黄牛鞋面革的研制。通过正交试验,以坯革收缩温度(Ts)、废水中的铬含量、生化需氧量/化学需氧量(BOD5/COD)作为评价指标,综合考察预处理、初始pH、提碱后温度、终点pH对评价指标的影响,进而得出优化方案,并将优化方案的评价指标与常规铬鞣法的评价指标进行对比。结果表明:预处理为改性戊二醛,初始pH值3.0,提碱后温度为40℃,终点pH值4.5,所鞣得的黄牛鞋面革Ts可达到90℃以上,废水中铬含量达到70~80mg/L,废水COD值、BOD5值均低于常规铬鞣法。The tanning for cattle hide upper leather was carried out with chrome saving technology based on zirconium - alumi- num- titanium tanning (DMT - Ⅱ ). The shrink temperature of the crust leather( Ts), the chrome content of waste water and Bi- ochemical Oxygen Demand/Chemical Oxygen Demand(BODs/COD) were chosen as evaluation indexes in this orthogonal experi- ment. The influence of pretreatment, the initial pH, the temperature after basification and the final pH on the evaluation indexes were comprehensive studied. And then we can get the optimum scheme. The evaluation indexes Of the optimum scheme were com- pared with those of the conventional chrome tanning method. The results show that under the condition of pretreatment using modi- fication glutaraldehyde, initial pH is 3.0, temperature raises to 40% after basification and the final pH is 4.5, the shrink tempera- ture of the crust leather could be up to 90℃, chrome content is 70 - 80mg/L, and COD or BODsvalue of wastewater is lower than those of conventional chrome tanning method.
