核桃青皮对羊毛染色性能的研究

摘　　要：将从核桃青皮中提取的染料提取液用于羊毛织物的染色,研究了媒染剂用量、染液的用量、pH、温度和染色时间对染色效果的影响,并通过正交试验,考察了各染色因素的综合影响。结果表明:在染色温度、染液的用量、媒染剂用量和pH这4个因素中,起主要作用的影响因素是媒染剂Fe2+的用量,其他因素影响强弱为染液的用量>pH>温度。染色最佳工艺条件为:染色温度70℃,染液用量为40mL,媒染剂用量8%,pH值5.5,染色时间60min。The dye extract from the walnut husk was used in the dyeing of wool fabric. The influence factors on dyeing effectwere discussed, such as mordant dosage, dye liquor dosage, pH value, temperature and dyeing time influence of different dyeing factors through orthogonal experiment was also investigated. The results factors of dyeing temperature, dye liquor dosage, mordant dosage and pH, the dosage of mordant Fe^（2＋） er factors are dye liquor dosage 〉 pH 〉 dyeing temperature. Best technological conditions for dyeing is 70℃, dye liquor dosage is 40mL, mordant content is 8%, pH is 5.5, and dyeing time is 60 min. and etc. And the combined show that among these four plays a main role, and oth- are as follows： temperature
