摘  要:研究采用静态顶空进样-气质联用法,对鞋材中苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、正丙苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯、苯乙烯等10种挥发性有机物进行了分析。通过对平衡时间、平衡温度、定量环平衡与填充时间等条件的优化,建立了鞋材中挥发性有机化合物的检测方法。试验结果表明:10种挥发性有机物标准曲线线性范围较宽,线性相关系数(R2)均在0.995以上,检出限均较低,回收率均在70%~110%之间,在重复性条件下各个分析物的相对标准偏差也都介于2.0%~5.0%之间。同时也对气味较强烈的成品鞋进行了拆分检测,结果均有苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯、三甲苯检出,说明该法对鞋类产品含有有机挥发物检出有良好的结果。10 VOCs including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene,p - xylene, o - xylene, m - xylene, n - propylbenzene, 1,3,5 - trimethyl benzene,1,2,4 -trimethyl benzene,styrene in shoe material were analyzed by HS- GC/MS. A method was established for the determination of VOCs in shoe material by optimizing conditions of equilibrium time,equilibrium temperature, quantitative ring equilibrium and filled time. The results demonstrate that all of 10 VOCs reveale wide linear range ,good linearity with the cor- relation coefficient ( R2 ) of more than 0. 995 and low detection limit. Values of recovery of 10 VOCs in blank samples are in the range of 70% - 110% , and values of RSD (n = 6) are less than in the range of 2.0% - 5.0% in repeated condition. The shoes with pungent odour were separated and detected. The result of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,xylene,trimethyl benzene detected show that volatile organic compounds contained in some shoes could be detected with the above method.
