森林脑炎灭活疫苗大规模人群接种的接种反应及免疫效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察森林脑炎灭活疫苗的接种反应和免疫效果。方法对内蒙古和黑龙江2个观察区共3134名志愿者接种森林脑炎灭活疫苗，观察接种后志愿者的局部和全身不良反应，采用森林脑炎病毒IgG抗体ELISA试剂盒检测免疫后血清抗体滴度，并计算抗体阳转率。结果接种疫苗后，在整个观察期间，所有志愿者均未发生全身反应，局部反应仅4例，不良反应总体发生率为0．13％。内蒙古观察区志愿者免疫后血清抗体GMT在1：83．2～1：117．5之间，总体血清抗体阳转率达88．1％；黑龙江观察区志愿者血清抗体GMT在1：71．2～1：84．6之间，血清抗体阳转率为86．2％。2个观察区接种疫苗后总体GMT为1：80．4，血清抗体阳转率为86．8％。结论森林脑炎灭活疫苗接种反应轻微、免疫原性良好，可大规模推广应用。Objective To observe the adverse reaction and immune effect of inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine.Methods A total of 3134 volunteers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Heilongjiang Province were inoculated with inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine,and observed for local and systemic adverse reactions.The serum antibody titer was determined by ELISA kit for IgG of tick-borne encephalitis virus,based on which the antibody positive conversion rate was calculated.Results No systemic reaction and only 4 cases of local reaction were observed during the whole trial,indicating an adverse reaction rate of 0.13%.The GMTs of serum antibody in the trial site of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were 1 ∶ 83.2 ~ 1 ∶ 117.5,while the antibody positive conversion rate was 88.1%.However,the GMTs of serum antibody in the trial site of Heilongjiang Province were 1 ∶ 71.2 ~ 1 ∶ 84.6,while the antibody positive conversion rate was 86.2%.The general GMTs of serum antibody in the two trial sites were 1 ∶ 80.4,while the antibody positive conversion rate was 86.8%.Conclusion The inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine showed high immunogenicity while only caused mild adverse reaction,which was is suitable for large-scale inoculation.
