摘  要:为观察小檗碱对心脏保存的效果 ,我们将 0 .5mmol/L的小檗碱加入细胞内液型保存液———modifiedEuro Collins (mEC)液中 ,用小鼠Langendorff心脏灌注法 ,测定保存前后的心功能及心肌含水量。对照组为mEC液。保存时间为 4h ,保存后再次测定心功能。结果表明 :小檗碱组的LVPSP、-DP/Dtmax均较对照组好 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5)。小檗碱组的心肌含水量少于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。说明小檗碱可以显著提高mEC液的心脏保存效果。Hearts from Kunming mice were perfused on a langendorff apparatus.After 5 minutes' stabilization,baseline measurements of heart rate,coronary flow,LVPSP, and±DP/DT were performed.The hearts were randomly divided into 2 groups,BER group,with 0 5 mmol/L BER in modified Euro Collins(mEC) solution,and mere mEC group.Then,hearts were stored in preservation solution for 4 hrs at 4℃.After storage,hearts were remounted on the perfusion apparatus again,and stabilized as before;cardiac functions measurements were then repeated.Results showed that,compared with mEC groups,BER group has significant effect on systolic and diastolic function of heart and can reduce the myocardial water contain.It is concluded that the addition of BER to mEC solution is associated with significantly enhanced cardiac function in the isolated mouse heart after 4 hour simply cold storage.These data suggest the advantage of extracts of Chinese traditional medicine herbs in the heart preservation.
