通脉益智胶囊对30例血管性痴呆患者内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘　　要：通脉益智胶囊由女贞子、何首乌、丹参、赤芍、石菖蒲、远志、漏芦等组成。观察了通脉益智胶囊对血管性痴呆患者内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的影响 ,并设立了喜德镇对照组。结果 :通脉益智胶囊能降低内皮素、升高降钙素基因相关肽 ,与喜德镇对照组比较差异不显著。提示 :通脉益智胶囊和喜德镇通过降低内皮素、升高降钙素基因相关肽 ,达到扩张脑血管、增加脑血流量、促进神经细胞的能量代谢、使脑神经细胞机能再恢复的作用 ,从而增强学习、记忆功能。To observe the effects in ET and CGRP of vascular dementia.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups:the Tongmaiyizhi capsule group and the Hydergine group.ET and CGRT were examined at the beginning and at the end of the treatment.Results:The Tongmaiyizhi capsule had good efficiency in lowering ET and increasing CGRP.There were no statistical differences between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion:The Tongmaiyizhi capsule and Hydergine can expand blood vessel and increase cerebral blood flow.It showed that Tongmaiyizhi capsule could prevent neurons from delayed neuroned death and protect the neurons.It also showed that Tongmaiyizhi capsule could improve the learning and memory of patients.
