摘  要:目的:对温郁金GAP种植基地药材块根、叶子及相应土壤中的有机氯农药进行检测,并分析其相关性,为温郁金安全规范化种植提供参考意见。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定有机氯农药(OCPs)含量。结果:土壤与块根中的α-HCB、p,p’-DDD和总HCB呈现显著相关性(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),块根和叶子中的β-HCB、p,p’-DDD及p,p’-DDE呈现显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:温郁金种植基地土壤及其药材的农残留量符合国家有关标准,药材中的农残留主要来源于土壤,应选择低农残留的土壤种植药材。Objective: To provide scientific reference for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) planting of Curcuma wenyujin. To evaluate and analysis the residues of orga-nochlorine pesticides in planting soils and Curcuma wenyujin. Methods: GC-MS method was used to determine the residues of organochlorine pesticides. Results: The correlative analysis indicated that the contents of α-BHC, p,p'-DDD and total BHC in the roots of the plants had relationships with the contents of these species in the soil (P〈 0.01, P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05, respectively). Also, the analysis indicated that the contents of β-HCB, p, p'-DDD and p, p'-DDE in the leaves had significant relationships with the contents of these species in the roots (P〈 0.05, P〈 0.05 and P〈 0.05, respectively). Conclusion: The residual levels of organochlorine pesticides in the plants and soils are accorded with the relevant standards of the State. The pesticide residues in the plants are mainly from soils,so we should choose low-residue soils to cultivate medicinal materials.
