摘  要:依据Cr-Al-C三元系热力学数据库,计算了合成Cr2AlC过程中的相平衡关系。基于相平衡关系,以合成温度、保温时间、原料类型及原料配比为变量设计了合理的正交试验,并采用热压方法制备了高单相含量的Cr2AlC材料。通过正交试验参数回归,优化出最佳工艺参数,同时发现原料类型为最敏感参数,采用Cr7C3代替单质Cr,C元素粉末作为原料,有利于获得更高单相含量的Cr2AlC材料。通过体系在不同温度下的反应产物,对合成Cr2AlC化合物过程中的反应路径有了较清晰的认识。The process phase diagram of Cr2AlC was calculated based on the Cr-Al-C thermodynamic database, and a series of orthogonal experiments were designed by changing the synthetizing temperature, holding time, types and the proportions of raw materials based on the process phase diagram, and high single phase Cr2 AlC material was synthesized by hot pressing. The optimum process parameter was obtained from the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the type of raw material was the most sensitive parameter, replacing elemental powders of Cr and C with Cr7C3 could obtain higher single phase of Cr2AlC compounds. The reaction path in the process of synthesis Cr2AlC compounds was clearly understood by comparing the chemical potentials of constituent element in different phases, combining with the reaction products of the system at different temperatures.
