摘　　要：从先秦至清代,众多中医古籍文献中均记载了具有美白祛斑、散结除疤功效的外用方药。这些方药可被用于治疗各种色素沉着类皮肤疾病以及痤疮后皮肤养护。本文按历史时间顺序进行整理,并结合不同时期中医学思想及著作特点分析其方剂组成及药物使用规律,旨在指导临床遣方用药。From pre-Qin period to Qing dynasty,many ancient traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） literature records external use prescriptions and medicine with skin-whitening,macula-removing,stagnation-dissipating and scar-removing efficacy.These prescriptions and medicine can be used to treat various skin pigmentary disorders and conserve skin suffered from acne.The author reviews literature in historical order and analyzes the law of prescription composition and medicine use according to TCM thoughts and writings characteristics of different periods,in order to help doctors prescribe medicine.
