摘 要:为研究网栅因素对星形线形网栅切割式MEFP成型的影响,利用LS-DYNA动力有限元程序,采用流固耦合方法,对星形线形网栅切割式MEFP的形成过程进行数值模拟,并分析网栅与药型罩的间距、网栅宽度对MEFP发散角的影响。结果表明:该装药结构能形成5个具有一定质量和方向性、速度达到1 800~2 500 m/s的子EFP;随着网栅间距的增加网栅宽度减小,子EFP发散角逐渐减小,并得到最适合切割的截面形状。To study the influence of cutting reseau factor on formation of astroid-shaped multiple explosively formed projectile (MEFP), numerical simulation of the forming process of astroid-shaped MEFP was carried out with the ALE method using LS- DYNA, and the influence of cutting reseau distance, cutting rod thickness on radial dispersion angle was analyzed. The result indicates that such a charge structure can form five pieces of sub-explosively formed projectile which have a definite mass, direction, and a velocity between 1 800 m/s and 2 500 m/s. With the increasing of cutting reseau distance and the decreasing of cutting rod thickness, the radial dispersion angle of MEFP reduces gradually, and the section shape of cutting rod which is suitable for cutting is obtained.
