摘　　要：目的评价日照市2010、2011年常规基础免疫接种率水平,监测疫苗接种工作质量,提高全市免疫规划工作的管理水平。方法运用Excel 2000数据处理软件进行数据分析,应用估算接种率、D值评价法、R值评价法以及D值与R值的综合评价法对报告接种率进行评价。结果 2010、2011年免疫规划疫苗基础免疫报告率均在99%以上,估算接种率为91.68%～115.08%。D值和R值的综合评价:2010、2011年分别有1个和2个区县被评价为"可疑",其余均为"可信"。全市综合评价均为"可信"。结论日照市继续保持了高水平的常规基础免疫接种率,可为制定免疫规划策略提供科学依据。[Objective] To evaluate the coverage rate of routine fundamental immunization in Rizhao City from 2010-2011,to monitor the quality of immunization,and improve the management level of Expanded Program on Immunization（EPI） in this city.[Methods]Excel 2000 was adopted for the data analysis.The estimated coverage rate,D-value evaluation method,D value and the R value comprehensive evaluation method were applied for evaluation of the reported coverage rates.[Results] The reported rate of routine fundamental immunization were all above 99%,the estimated coverage rate was between 91.68%-115.08%.D value and the R value comprehensive evaluation showed 1 and 2 districts were evaluated as ＂suspicious＂ respectively in 2010 and 2011,and others were ＂credible＂.The city was comprehensively evaluated ＂credible＂.[Conclusion]Rizhao City maintains at a high level of routine fundamental immunization coverage rate which can provide scientific basis for formulating the planning strategy.
