摘　　要：肿瘤是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病,其中恶性肿瘤已经成为威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一。随着现代医学模式的转变,肿瘤患者的心理健康及生存质量日益受到社会关注,然而患者对疾病及治疗的认知偏差严重影响着其对治疗的依从性以及治疗效果,导致生活质量下降。医学界已经意识到在肿瘤的防治工作中,除了重视生物、理化因素外,还发现社会心理因素对肿瘤发生、发展和转归都具有重要影响。作者从肿瘤临床工作者的视角,对肿瘤患者的认知、认知偏差及其对治疗依从性的关系进行初步探讨,并提出适当的干预可以纠正患者的认知偏差,缓解其抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪并改善对治疗的依从性,心理治疗及社会参与是提高肿瘤综合治疗效果的重要手段。Tumor is a common and frequently occurring disease,which does serious harm to human health.Meanwhile,the malignant tumor has become one of the serious diseases threatening the human life.With the changing of modern medical model,the mental health and living quality of tumor patients have attracted more attention from the whole society.However,patients＇ cognitive bias on disease and therapy is the main factor of impacting therapeutic compliance and therapeutic effect,which leads to a general deterioration in quality of life.In addition to biological,physical and chemical factors,the medical community has realized that physical and chemical factors,social psychological factor has great influence on occurrence,development and lapse of tumors.In this article,with a perspective of tumor clinicians,preliminary investigation on cognitive,cognitive biases of tumor patients and their relationship with therapeutic compliance is revealed.It proves that proper mental intervention can correct patients＇ cognition deviation,ease their depressed and anxious negative emotions and improve their therapeutic compliance.Psychotherapy and social participation are the important means of improving tumor comprehensive therapeutic effect.
