凉山州不同民族多囊卵巢综合征不孕的治疗依从性观察

摘　　要：目的通过调查凉山州彝族、汉族多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的治疗依从性的差异,探讨个体化的治疗方案。方法对PCOS不孕患者汉族40例、彝族40例进行问卷调查,调查内容包括人口社会学特征、疾病诊断情况、影响用药依从性因素、药物治疗因素、依从性评价。结果彝族PCOS不孕患者治疗依从性OR值排序为就医条件、医生解释情况、经济情况、药物治疗效果(P<0.05),无药物不良反应和教育程度较高者依从性较好(P<0.05);汉族治疗依从性结果按OR值排序为家属压力、婚姻满意度、药物治疗效果(P<0.05),不孕年限不长、无药物不良反应的依从性较好(P<0.05)。结论凉山州彝族、汉族PCOS不孕的治疗依从性存在差异性,个体化治疗可达到有效缓解症状、提高妊娠率的目的。[Objective]Through the survey of Liangshan Yi nationality,Han nationality in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） treatment compliance of difference,to explore the individual treatment.[Methods]The questionnaire survey was performed on the infertile patients with PCOS（40 cases of Han,40 cases of Yi）.Investigation content included demographic and sociological characteristics,disease diagnosis information,factors influencing drug therapy compliance of medication and compliance evaluation.[Results] The PCOS infertility treatment compliance of Yi patients with OR value ranking were medical conditions,the doctor to explain the situation,economic situation,drug treatment effect（P0.05）;no adverse drug reaction,the educated with better compliance（P0.05）;Han treatment compliance results according to the OR value arrangement were family stress,marital satisfaction,effect of drug treatment（P0.05）;short duration of infertility,better compliance of the one without adverse drug reactions（P0.05）.[Conclusion]PCOS infertility treatment compliance is significantly different between Han and Yi nationalities in Liangshan Prefecture.Individual treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve the pregnancy rate.
