摘　　要：目的了解秦皇岛市艾滋病(AIDS)疫情流行特点。方法以国家AIDS综合防治管理信息系统为数据来源,从人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)(感染)/艾滋病(患者)(HIV/AIDS)病例报告中,以报告地区和现住址两者为界定标准,对秦皇岛市1997—2010年AIDS疫情数据进行统计、分析。结果 1997—2010年,秦皇岛市累计报告HIV/AIDS病例67例,其中男性55例,女性12例,死亡14例。按现住址统计:辖区内现管理44例HIV/AIDS病例中,死亡11例,失访3例,在访30例。据有关数据统计,截至2010年底,秦皇岛地区常住人口为287万,HIV感染率为0.15/万,AIDS疫情波及到各县区,而病例主要集中在海港区。结论秦皇岛市AIDS疫情处于低流行期,主要传播途径为性传播途径。各县区疫情分布不均。[Objective] To understand the characteristics of AIDS epidemic in Qinhuangdao City.[Methods]By using national AIDS comprehensive prevention and control information system,the analysis was conducted on the data of HIV/AIDS cases in Qinghuangdao City from 1997-2010,with reporting areas and current address as judgment standard.[Results] From 1997-2010,a total of 67 HIV/AIDS cases were reported,among them 55 were male and 12 were female,and 14 were fatal.Among the 44 local cases（present address）,11 were fatal,3 were loss to following up,and 30 were followed up.The survey indicated that the resident population was 2 870 000 in Qinhuangdao area as of the end of 2010,HIV prevalence rate was 0.15/10 000,all districts and counties had AIDS cases which mainly located in Haigang District.[Conclusion]The AIDS epidemic is at low level in Qinhuangdao City.The main transmission route is sexual contact.The severity of AIDS epidemic differed in different counties in Qinhuangdao.
