信阳市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病相关行为及血清学检测结果

摘　　要：目的调查信阳市2011年性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病(AIDS)行为状况、相关知识水平和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、梅毒血清学检测结果,为有针对性地开展AIDS防治工作提供科学依据。方法对信阳市2011年401名性病门诊男性就诊者进行询问、问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 AIDS知识平均知晓率为82.20%,传播途径和非传播途径问题知晓率分别为90.12%和68.99%(χ2=229.45,P<0.01);各知识点间知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=368.19,P<0.01)。年龄以20～40岁最多,占61.10%。与性伴发生性行为时每次坚持使用安全套的比例为56.11%。有8人吸毒,占2.00%。最近1年内有193人诊断患过性病,占48.13%;最近1年内291人接受过AIDS咨询与检测,比例为72.57%。401名性病门诊男性就诊者中,抗-HCV阳性18例,阳性率4.49%;抗-HIV阳性1例,阳性率0.25%;梅毒抗体阳性22例,阳性率5.49%。结论性病门诊男性就诊人群存在HIV感染流行加快的潜在因素,必须加强性病门诊男性就诊人员的监测、宣传教育和实施行为干预。[Objective] To investigate the AIDS related knowledge level and serological test results of HIV,HCV and syphilis of male outpatients in STD clinic of Xinyang City,and provide scientific evidence for targeted AIDS prevention.[Methods]Inquiry,questionnaires and serological detection were performed on 401 male outpatients in STD clinic of Xinyang City.[Results] The average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 82.20%,that of transmission route and non-transmission route was 90.12%,68.99% respectively（χ2=368.19,P0.01）.Most patients aged 20-40 years,occupying 61.10%.The proportion of condom use in each time of sex behavior was 56.11%.Eight（2.00%） were drug addicts.In the last year,193（48.13%） were diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases,291（72.57%） received HIV counseling and testing,.Of 401 STD clinic male outpatients,18 cases（4.49%） were anti-HCV positive,1（0.25%） was anti-HIV positive,22（5.49%） were syphilis antibody positive.[Conclusion]Potential factors to promoting the HIV prevalence existes in the STD clinic male outpatients.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring,public education and behavioral intervention among them.
