摘　　要：目的分析一起酒店聚餐引发的感染性腹泻暴发的原因及疫情的流行病学特征,为今后预防和控制此类事件的发生提供科学依据。方法以现场流行病学调查为依托,采用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术开展诺如病毒核酸检测。结果该起感染性腹泻事件发病人数82人,罹患率为0.82%。采集腹泻患者粪便样本24份,RT-PCR核酸检测阳性7份;酒店剩余食物及环境相关样本21份均为阴性。结论经过现场流行病学调查及实验室检测结果,该事件为一起诺如病毒感染引起的腹泻暴发。[Objective] To analyze the reasons and the epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea in dinner party in a hotel,provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control.[Methods]Based on the field epidemiological investigation,the detection of norovirus nucleic acid was conducted by RT-PCR.[Results]There were 82 cases in this outbreak with the attack rate of 0.82%.Among 24 stool samples collected from patients with diarrhea,7 were positive by RT-PCR nucleic acid detection.The leftovers and 21 environmental samples were negative.[Conclusion]According to the results of field epidemiological investigation and laboratory test,this infectious diarrhea outbreak is caused by Norovirus.
