摘　　要：目的了解无锡市惠山区各级医疗机构医院消毒质量,为提高医院感染控制水平,制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用抽样监测的方法对惠山区26家医疗卫生机构消毒灭菌质量进行监测。结果 2010—2011年监测样本共664份,合格率88.10%,其中空气样本合格率最低为46.77%,其余样本合格率均为95.00%以上。结论惠山区医院消毒质量整体较好,但个别项目合格率较低,应有针对性地加强管理和监督。[Objective] To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Huishan District of Wuxi City,provide a scientific basis for improving the control level of nosocomial infection and developing the prevention and control measures.[Methods]The disinfection and sterilization quality of 26 medical institutions in Huishan district was investigated by sampling monitoring.[Results]A total of 664 samples were monitor during 2010-2011,and the qualified rate was 88.10%.The qualified rate of air samples was the lowest（46.77%）,and the qualified rates of other samples were more than 95.00%.[Conclusion]The disinfection quality in hospitals in Huishan District is overall good,but the qualified rates of some items are low,so it is necessary to strengthen the management and supervision.
