四手操作在正畸托槽粘接中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的总结四手操作在正畸托槽粘结中的应用效果,探讨最佳护理方法。方法将正畸患者42例随机分为两组,试验组使用四手操作进行正畸托槽粘结,采取吸唾器进行护理配合;对照组由医生单独进行正畸托槽粘结,采用传统棉卷隔湿方法。对两组托槽粘结时间进行独立t检验,对两组患者舒适度、医生满意度和托槽脱落率用百分率比较。结果试验组较对照组的托槽粘结时间短,其差异有统计学意义(t=8.85,P<0.01)。试验组患者舒适度及医生满意度均好于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组托槽脱落率为3.75%,对照组托槽脱落率为14.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.87,P<0.01)。结论四手操作及吸唾器护理配合有助于提高托槽粘结的工作效率,缩短工作时间,医生对托槽粘结质量的满意度明显增强,患者在治疗中感受到更加舒适、更加安全,在矫治疗程的前6个月中托槽的脱落率也明显降低。[Objective] To summarize the application effect of four-handed technique on bonding orthodontic brackets,study the best nursing method.[Methods]42 orthodontic patients were randomly divided into two groups.In the study group,the four-handed technique was applied during bonding orthodontic brackets,combined with saliva ejector.The control group received routine orthodontic brackets bonding by doctor,and conventional method of cotton roll saliva isolation was performed.The time of bonding orthodontic brackets was analyzed by independent t test,to compare the patients＇ comfort,satisfaction toward doctor,and the expulsion rate of bracket.[Results]The time of bonding orthodontic brackets in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was significant（t=8.85,P0.01）.The patients＇ comfort and satisfaction toward doctor in the study group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.The expulsion rate of bracket in the study group and the control group was 3.75% and 14.69% respectively,and the difference was significant（χ2=22.87,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The four-handed technique combined with saliva ejector can elevate the work efficiency in brackets bonding,shorten the operation time,and promote the doctors＇ satisfaction to quality of brackets bonding.During operation,patients fell more comfortable and safe.The expulsion rate of bracket in the first 6 months of orthodontic treatment reduces significantly.
