摘　　要：输卵管妊娠的治疗以往多以手术治疗为主。近年来随着检测手段的提高 ,异位妊娠的早期诊断率明显提高 ,保守性手术及药物治疗更多用于临床 ,尤其是经阴道Surgical operation is the major procedure of treating tubal pregnancy in the past.With the improvement of diagnostic procedures in recent years,the rate of early dignosing ectopic pregnancy hus been considerably increased.Conservative surgical operation and medical treatment have been widely used.Especially,the treatment of early tubal pregnancy through local metrotrexate injection under transvaginal utrosonographic guidance or laparoscopy whioh opens up broad prospects for remaining the reproductive capabity of nuniparas.
