微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅡ与Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折的疗效。方法:2006年1月—2008年2月,采用切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折16例,对其疗效进行随访分析,对患者肘关节的功能进行评价。结果:16例患者均获得随访,随访8～24个月,所有骨折全部骨性愈合。肘关节功能评定结果:优10例,良3例,可3例,优良率为81.52%。结论:微型钢板治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折疗效较好,能够改善患者肘关节的功能。Objective：To explore the clinical value of minor plate internal fixation for Mason type II and typeIII fractures. Methods： Sixteen cases of Mason type III or type III radius bead fractures undewent minor plate internal January 2006 to February 2008. The overall outcome was evaluted by the functional rating score. Results： All ca lowed up for 8 to 24 months. The clinical results were excellent in 10 cases,good in 3 cases and fair in 3 cases. Radius head fractures treated with minor plate internal fixation had satisfactory joint function.
