针刺穴位治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究针刺穴位对过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:将124例过敏性鼻炎患者按治疗方法不同分成4组:针刺穴位组(A组)30例,针刺穴位+鼻腔喷布地奈德组(B组)32例,鼻腔喷布地奈德组(C组)33例,鼻腔喷0.9%氯化钠溶液组(D组)29例。各组患者分别进行相应的治疗,疗程20 d。治疗前后对患者的临床症状体征进行评分并评定疗效。结果:A、B、C3组患者治疗后总评分较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D组治疗后总评分无显著变化(P>0.05)。4组患者治疗前总评分无显著差异,治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后评分B组<C组<A组<D组。结论:针刺穴位对过敏性鼻炎有一定效果;针刺穴位联合布地奈德喷鼻剂用于治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果较好。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture in allergic rhinitis. Methods： A total of 124 patients with allergic rhinitis were derided into 4 groups. Among them, 30 patients in group A were treated with acupuncture, 32 patients in group B were treated with acupuncture combined with budesonide nasal spray, 33 patients in group C were treated with budesonide nasal spray, and 29 patients in group D were treated with saline nasal spray. Before and after treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in different goups were compared. Results： The clinical symptoms and sign scores of goup A, group B and group C decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）, but no significant difference was observed in group I） （P 〉0. 05）. The differences in clinical symptoms and sign scores were significant among the 4 groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Acupuncture was effective in treating allergic rhinitis. Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with budesonide nasal spray for allergic rhinitis is better.
