摘　　要："剑桥现象"是大学与企业密切合作的成功典范,这一现象的产生与剑桥大学宽松的学术氛围、积极的技术支持、学校和企业间广泛的联系密不可分。当集群创新已成为时代发展的必然选择时,我国高校创新能力的提升借鉴从剑桥大学的发展理念,从创新氛围的塑造、风险投资的保障、教学科研并举将是一种有效的发展方式。＂Cambridge phenomenon＂ is successful model of the university and enterprise cooperation,the generation of this one phenomenon have inseparable with the liberal academic atmosphere of Cambridge University,the positive technology support,a wide range link of universities and enterprises.When the cluster innovation has already become the inevitable choice in the age,the reference from the development idea of Cambridge University,the innovation atmosphere model,the protection of risk investment,the development simultaneously of teaching and scientific will be a kind of effective development mode to the universities innovation ability promotion in our country.
