冻干麻疹流行性腮腺炎二联活疫苗的研制

摘　　要：由麻疹病毒沪 191株和腮腺炎病毒 WM84株在 SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞上制备的单价病毒液 ,在特定的工艺流程中 ,按比例配制后加入适宜的保护剂 ,经冻干而制备成冻干麻疹流行性腮腺炎二联活疫苗。 6批冻干二联疫苗经自检和中国药品生物制品检定所检定 ,结果提示 :冻干疫苗的基础滴度与热稳定性等指标均符合 WHO规程和《中国生物制品规程》 (1995年版 )中对单价麻疹疫苗和单价腮腺炎疫苗的规程要求 ;冻干二联疫苗在 2～ 8℃保存 18个月的滴度稳定性与单价疫苗一致。A lyophilized live measles mumps combined vaccine, in which the strain S191 (measles) and WM84 (mumps) were used on chick embryo fibroblast of SPF poultry flocks, was developed according to the specially designated proportion of measles:mumps:stability. Six patches of the lyophilized combined vaccine were tested by National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products. The results showed that the quality of 6 patches of measles mumps combined vaccine met the current criterion of WHO and national standards of China for monovalent vaccine in basic titer and stability, ect. After being stored at 2 to 8 ℃ for 18 months, the stability of the combined vaccine was basically consistent with that of monovalent vaccine under the same conditions.
