北京地区体力劳动已婚男性性生活频率与年龄的关系分析

摘　　要：目的调查北京地区体力劳动行业已婚男性性生活频率状况，探讨年龄对该人群性生活频率的影响。方法对676例在中日友好医院男科做生殖健康检查的20～40岁的体力劳动成年已婚男性进行问卷调查，分析性生活频率与年龄的相关性。结果（1）北京地区体力劳动已婚成年男性平均性生活频率为（8．35±4．41）次／月；（2）20岁～，25岁～，30岁～，35～40岁年龄组性生活频率分别为（11．07±5．04）次／月、（9．44±4．35）次／月、（7．71±4．19）次／月、（6．54±3．52）次／月，各组之间有显著性差异。（3）20～40年龄组内，性生活频率与年龄呈显著的负相关性。结论在体力劳动行业20～40岁已婚男性中，随着年龄的增加，性生活频率降低。Objective To investigate the sexual life frequency among married male manual labourers in Beijing and explore the effect of age difference on sexual life frequency. Methods A questionnaire investigation was carried out in 676 married men aged from 20 to 40 years old in the study. Correlation between sexual life frequency and age was analyzed. Results （1） The mean sexual life frequency among married men was （8.35±4.41） times per month. （2） The mean sexual life frequency in 20-, 25-29, 30-and 35-40 age groups were （11.07 ±5.04）times, （9.44＋4.35）times, （7.71 ±4.19）times, （6.54±3.52）times per month respectively. There were significant differences in sexual life frequency among groups. （3） There was a significant negative correlation between sexual life frequency and age in the 20-40 years old group. Conclusion Ageing is a major factor that influences sexual life frequency in male manual labourers from 20-40 years old.
