摘　　要：目的了解南宁市部分高校男性大学生对捐精的认知及态度。方法采用问卷方法对南宁市5所高校部分大学生进行调查。结果有效问卷377份。67．4％（254／377）调查对象愿意进行捐精，首要原因是为了帮助他人；愿意捐精者在各专业领域间、各生源地间、性经历与否问无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。75．9％（286／377）受访者希望匿名捐精。32．5％（40／123）不愿意精子捐献的首要原因是觉得尴尬。结论南宁市大学生捐精自愿率不低，了解影响捐精的因素可以为供精者的招募提供参考。Objective To investigate the college students＇ attitudes and congnition towards human sperm donation in Nanning, Guangxi province. Methods Open questionnaire was used in the survey. Some undergraduates from 5 colleges of Nanning were investigated. Results In total 377 questionnaires were recovered. Two hundred and fifty-five of them （67.4%） would like to donate their sperm for infertile couples on their free will. The main motivation for donation was a desire to help infertile couples. The donors included students from different specialities, different areas and those who had or not had sexual experience. It was found that there were no statistical differences in the above aspects （P〉0.05）. Two hundred and eighty-six students （75.9%） wanted to be anonymity in donation. Embarrassment was the main cause for refusal of donation It accounted for 32.5%.
