摘　　要：研究和开发急诊信息管理系统,对服务流程中的挂号、分诊、医生工作站、输液、留观及电子病案等系统进行优化和重组,提出了患者流向系统的概念,建立面向患者的操作系统。提高了医护人员的工作效率,减少患者就诊等待时间;同时减少了医师、护士繁琐的手工书写,改善医疗护理记录质量,减少医疗差错,全面提升急诊医学救治与管理水平。We studied and developed emergency information management system for optimization and recombination of registration, triage, medi- cal workstations, and infusion, observing and electronic medical records system, which proposed the concept of patient flow system and set up operation system access to patients. This practice improved working efficiency and shortened patients＇ waiting time, as well as relieved doctors＇ and nurses＇ workload due to fussy handwriting, improved the quality of medical and nursing records and reduced medical error, which comprehensively improved medical treatment and management level of emergency.
