摘　　要：我院护理部与信息中心联合在医院局域网内创建护理资源管理系统,统一护理管理质量评价标准。主要依托信息化平台,由医院各科室护士长填报每月护理工作自查情况,护理部通过护理信息协同平台掌握全院科室的动态,结合每月的大检查结果及时反馈评价结果及整改意见,护理信息协同平台的使用提升护理管理品质同时提高医院的护理管理水平。Nursing department and information center of our hospital together create a nursing resources management system through the local area network, for unifying the nursing management quality evaluation standard. Based on the information platform, all the head nurses of hospital were asked to Fill in the self- examination of nursing work per month. Through the assistant information platform, nursing department can master the dy- namic situation of all departments, combing with the result of inspection per month with giving feedback the evaluation results and reforming opinions in time. The application of assistant Information platform for nursing can promote nursing quality of management and the nursing management level of hospital.
