摘　　要：本项目对北京市卫生系统内23家医院的职工,进行医院文化认知程度的调研,并对调研统计结果进行了系统的总结和分析。研究提示首都医院文化建设的重要性得到了大部分医院的高度认同,各医院在文化建设方面进行了有益的探索,取得了长足的发展,但是也存在着诸多问题。文章从理念、制度、行为和环境四个角度,阐述了北京市医院文化建设存在的问题。针对存在的问题给出了相应的意见及建议,如加强宣传教育、完善运行机制、改善医院环境、强化服务意识和加大考核力度等,不断强化医务人员的人文精神,为患者提供严谨、科学、真诚的医疗服务。This study collected and analyzed the data about the awareness of hospital culture among 23 hospitals in Beijing. In the results, most hospitals understood the importance of hospital culture construction, explored better way to improve hospital culture, and made considerable progress. However, there were still some problems in hospital culture construction. Based on concepts, systems, behaviors and environment, the study presented the problems and provided particular advice, such as the improvement in propaganda and education, operation system, hospital environment, hospital service and assessment, and humanistic spirit, in order to provide rigorous, scientific and sincere service in hospitals.
