武警某部2006年-2010年现役军人住院患者疾病构成分析

摘　　要：目的分析武警某部2006年-2010年现役军人住院患者疾病构成,为提高军队医院为部队医疗服务效能、合理利用卫生资源、完善部队卫勤保障体系及医院服务管理模式提供依据。方法提取取某部队医院2006年到2010年军队现役军人住院患者病案首页信息库,按照ICD-9标准对研究对象进行系统分类,而后再进行顺位排列、年龄分布统计和前20位单病种描述。结果五年中共有14,442名病人因各种疾病住院,其中现役军人为3120例,占同期该医院住院总人数的21.60%,其中2006、2007、2008、2009、2010年军人住院人数及占当年住院总人数比例分别为693(26.50%)、602(27.04%)、633(25.29%)、662(18.30%)和530(15.23%)。系统分类前5位疾病是消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、泌尿生殖系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病,前10位单病种是骨折、阑尾炎、损伤、上呼吸道感染、胃肠炎、腰椎间盘突出症、痔、精索静脉曲张、肿瘤、泌尿系结石。结论摸清了该地区军队住院患者的常见病及其变化趋势,为本医院进一步搞好为兵服务提供了有力依据,同时也为医院今后建设指明了方向。Objective This paper analyzed disease formation of servicemen in-patients of People＇s Armed Police from 2006 to 2010, for providing basis for medical service efficiency, reasonable utility of health resources, perfection of logistic service and hospital service management mode. Methods It selected medical records front page information database of servicemen inpatient from 2006 to 2010 in a PAP hospital, according to ICD-9 to system- atically classify and arrangement, age distribution statistics and top 20 single disease descriptions. Results There are 14442 patients hospitalization for different diseases within 5 years, in which there are 3120 servicemen accounting for 21.6% of the total in-patient number at the same period; the in- patient number of servicemen and the ratio accounting for the total in-patient number of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 are respectively 693 （26. 50% ）, 602（27.04% ）, 633 （25.29%）, 662（18.30% ） and 530（15.23 % ）. The top 5 diseases of systematic classification are digestive system dis- ease, injury and poison, urogenital system disease, respiratory system disease, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue disease; the top 10 single disease are fracture, appendicitis, injury, upper respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis, lumbar disc herniation, hemorrhoids, varicocele, tumor and urinary calculi. Conclusions It sized up the situation about common disease and change trend of servicemen in-patient at this area which provided solid basis for servicemen-service and pointed direction for future construction for hospital.
