摘　　要：目的 :评价螺旋CT三维成像技术在扁骨和不规则骨中的诊断作用。方法 :对 3 1例扁骨、不规则骨进行快速螺旋CT扫描和三维重建 ,使用GEProspeedSXadvantage螺旋CT三维成像装置为SUNAW 3 .1。 结果 :螺旋CT三维成像能清晰显示扁骨、不规则骨的正常和异常表现。结论 :螺旋CT三维成像重建技术对扁骨。Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of three-dimensional (3D) helical CT in the lesions of flat bones and irregular bones.Methods:Three-dimensional images were obtained from helical CT scans of flat bones and irregular bones in 31 patients.The scanner employed was GE Prospeed SX advantage.Three-dimensional images were reconstructed with SUN AW 3.1. Results:3D images reconstructed from helical CT scanning clearly demonstrated the lesion or normal appearance of flat bones and irregular bones.Conclusions:3D heliacl CT can provide valuable informations and play an important role in diagnosis of flat bones and irregular bones.
