摘　　要：组织机构代码证IC卡(以下简称"代码证IC卡")与单位数字证书均为单位的身份证,已在福建省广泛应用,但均存在一定的局限性。本文分析两证合一的必要性,提出两证合一的方法,阐述两证合一的意义。Both IC card of organization code certificate and digital certificate of organization are identification cards of organizations. They have been widespread used in our province, but both have some certain limitations. Through the analysis of essentiality on two cards integration, the essay puts forward the methods of it, and indicates the significance of two cards integration.
