西部地区承接东部产业转移的内在诱因分析

摘　　要：我国东西部地区间存在的经济级差孕育了东西部地区之间产业转移的可能性。产业转移的积极效应又激励了西部地区承接东部产业转移的积极性,而西部地区产业承接条件的好转与地方政府的积极作为,则使东部地区产业向西部转移具有可行性。所有这些因素的相互作用,构成了西部地区承接东部产业转移的内在诱因。Economic gap between the East and the West in China provides possibilities for industrial transfer between the two regions. The positive effects of industrial transfer have stimulated the Western regions to take on industries transferred from the East. Meanwhile, improved conditions in the West and active role of the local governments make the transfer feasible. The interaction between these factors produces the intrinsic incentive for Western regions to take on transferred industries from the East.
