摘　　要：近现代中国领土属性的转型始于19世纪中叶,不同历史时期中央政府的政策、观念和治理模式的演变,使近代以来中国疆界的"地缘形体"和国家主权逐步明确,并决定了中华民族的构成。这个转型过程,并不仅仅是直观上疆域的盈缩或边疆事务的处理,也不仅仅牵涉国家领土主权和行政完整的宏观举措,而是深刻地影响到了中央政府对民事和国土资源的管理与运作方式的变化。In the mid-19th century, territorial property of China began to transform. Geographic forms of borders and the state sovereignty of China were gradually clarified through changes in policy, idea and management mode of the central governments in different periods which led to the constitution of the Chinese Nation. The transformation took place not only in expanding and shrinking of territory or handling with border affairs, but also in macro-measures concerning the state sovereignty and integrity. More importantly; it deeply influenced the central government in its administration and operation of civil affairs, land and resources.
