摘　　要：人类社会离不开文化与传播,传播是人类社会存在与延展的表达方式,文化则是人类存在的基础和文明的表征方式。传媒的变革、发展、进步,都在不同程度地促进民主与文明的不断推进,乃至推动社会的革新。从原始社会的口头传播到现代的电子网络传播,从远古受束缚的自然人到当代解放的自由人,无不存在传媒革新催生的印迹,传媒的革新促进民主与文明向更符合人性的方向发展,使社会形态向更高形式迈进,这是历史进步的一种表征。Both culture and spread are important to the human society,spread is the expression way of existing and developing,culture is the characterization way of existing base and civilization.The innovation,development and progress of media promote the development of the social democracy,civilization and innovation.From the oral spread in the primitive society to modern electric network spread,from the bounded natural man to the free man,prints of media innovation can be seen everywhere.The media innovation promotes the development of democracy and civilization accord with human,and the social formation moves forward in higher level.It is a characterization of historical progress.
