校企联合ESP能力培养模式和模块化教学研究

摘　　要：地方大学从"经院式"办学模式向"校企合作"培养人才的重要转变,有利于解决校企之间的人才供需矛盾。以许昌地区中原电气谷企业软实力研究为依托,探讨中原电气谷企业与许昌学院外国语学院校企联合多种培养模式和模块化教学的实施,实现校企联合办学的合作渠道。The school philosophy for local universities shifts from scholastic education to university-enterprise cooperation,which is helpful to the resolving of human resources shortages.Based on the research of soft power of Xuchang Electrical Valley,this article studies the education modes and module teaching in the cooperation of the companies and local universities.
