添加双歧乳酸杆菌青贮象草的效果试验

摘　　要：本文主要研究了利用双歧乳酸杆菌进行象草的青贮试验效果。青贮两个月后与自然青贮进行对比鉴定。添加双歧杆菌的青贮料呈黄绿色,闻有芳香酸味,手感松散柔软,湿润,酸度达到pH=4.1,山羊喜欢采食,青贮饲料品质达到优等。与自然青贮相比,粗蛋白质含量也有相当程度的提高。This paper experiments on the effect of ensiled Pennisetum by adding Bifidobacterium and Lactobacterium. Compared the Pennisetum ensiled for 2 months with that ensiled naturally,the silage with Bifidobacterium akes on the color of yellow-green,smelling aromatic acid and feeling loose,soft and moist.The acidity of pH equals to 4.1. The quality of the silage reaches first-class one and is a preference for goats.The content of crude protein can be superior to that ensiled naturally.
