摘　　要：公民的法律思维是我国法治建设的重要条件。本文从泛伦理化和泛政治化的思维方式的影响、不良执法司法现实、理论研究薄弱、公民法律知识欠缺、普法效果不佳五个方面分析我国公民法律思维存在的问题,并提出培养公民法律思维的对策。Citizens’law thinking is one of the important conditions for the legal construction in China.From the five aspects of the influence on pan-ethicalization and pan-politicization thinking style,the judicial reality of unhealthy law enforcement,unsubstantial theory research,the citizens’lack of law knowledge and the unsound effect of law popularization,this article analyzes the common problems existing in the citizens’law thinking and puts forwards the countermeasures.
