摘　　要：通过珠三角高新技术产业的规模、效益、国际化、成长性、发展潜力等因子分析,实证表明该地区高新技术产业综合竞争力呈逐年增加态势,以及表现为产业发展规模不断扩大、产业成长潜力波动性的主要特点,并就产业政策、科技投入、自主创新、人才建设、环境营造等方面提出了政策建议。Through analyzing the factors such as the scale,performance,internationalization,growth and development potential of high-tech industry in Pearl River Delta,the empirical research shows that the high-tech industry＇s comprehensive competitiveness is increasing annually,the industry scale is enlarging.It also reveals the fluctuating character for industry potential growth.The writers bring forward the suggestions on the aspects such as industrial policy,scientific investment,self-innovation,talent construction and environment building.
