摘　　要：鳗鱼饲料常用预糊化淀粉作粘合剂。目前国产预糊化淀粉普遍存在粘弹性不足、抗老化性差等特点。本文对如何提高预糊化淀粉的粘弹性进行了探讨,并对其在鳗鱼饲料中的应用进行了研究。从不同的生产原料、水质、化学反应等方面进行对比试验,研究其对预糊化淀粉粘弹性的影响;从其和不同鱼粉的配比试验,分析淀粉和鱼粉的搭配问题。Pre-gelatinized starch is often used as adhesive for the eel feedstuff. At present,home-made pre-gelatinized starch has lower viscoelasticity and poor aging resistance. this article discusses how to improve the viscoelasticity of pre-gelatinized starch,and its application in the eel feedstuff. Comparative experiments are conducted to study its influence to the viscoelasticity of pre-gelatinized starch from the aspects of different producing materials,water qualities and chemical reactions. How to combine starch and fishmeal is also analyzed through composition experiments of starch and different fishmeal.
