摘　　要：[ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Chanfukang on the cytokines of immunosuppressive mice, providing the basis for the further research of its effects on immune function. [ Method] Immunosuppressive mouse model was established through twice intraperitoneal in- jection with cyclophosphamide at the dose of 40 mg/kg. After the mice were gavaged respectively with Chanfukang at the dose of 10, 15 and 20 g/kg, the level of cytokines （IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF α） were detected. [Result] Chanfukang significantly increased the level of IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF in the serum of mica gavaged only with Chanfukang; the level of IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF α was inhibited in mice treated with cyclophosphamide; Chanfukang significantly increased the level of IL-1β, IL-2 and TNF α in the serum of immunosuppressive mice.
