摘 要:诊所法律教育是在传统法学教学模式基础上的新尝试,它借鉴医学院临床实习的教学模式,在教师的指导下,选取有针对性的真实案例,让学生以“准律师”的身份为委托人提供法律援助。学生从实践和经验中学习法律执业技能,并在办案过程中培养学生的律师思维和职业道德。本文以传统教学模式为参照,对这种新教学模式在教学方法上的革新以及对学生产生的积极意义作一阐述,以为民办高校法学教育改革提供参考。Clinical law education is an experiment based on traditional law teaching mode. Following the practice of medical school's internship, i.e. under instructors' guidance, law students will be confronted with selected authentic law cases. The law students are expected to provide law assistance to the principals in the position of "lawyer-to-be'. As a result, students can improve their professional legal expertise from practice and experience. And their thinking being a lawyer and lawyer ethics are fostered in case-handing. Comparing with the former teaching mode, this article expounds the innovativeness of this teaching mode and the significant impact on law student learning. It also provides some clues for Guangdong Peizheng College to reform its law education.
