国际服务外包合作关系类型及其对广东的启示

摘　　要：将国际服务外包的合作关系类型划分为三类—战术的、战略的以及转型的合作关系,并就每种合作关系的特征作了介绍。针对服务外包合作关系的类型和广东服务外包的现状,提出了关于广东省发展服务外包的一些建议。This article classifies international service outsourcing cooperative relationship into three types,i.e.tactical,strategic and transforming cooperative relationship.It introduces the characteristics of each type of relationship.Focusing on the types cooperative relationship in cooperative outsourcing and the current situation of Guangdong＇s service outsourcing,this article produces some proposals for Guangdong Province to develop service outsourcing.
