高校辅导员工作必须处理好的三个关系

摘　　要：本文从管理学角度分析了高校辅导员在工作中存在的问题：其一,没有处理好事务的重要性与紧急性的关系,从而导致拣了芝麻,丢了西瓜;其二,没有处理好效果与效率的关系,有时甚至犯了以最大效率做了最没有用的事的错误;其三,没有处理好意愿与能力的关系,从而导致部分辅导员做事效率低下、积极性不高。针对这些问题,本文提出务必要处理好工作中重要性与紧急性、效率与效果、意愿与能力的关系。对于重要又紧急的事务要义无反顾地去做、用心去做,要干一行爱一行,不断地培养自己的能力,并且要讲究效率与效果,在保证活动目标实现的情况下,再谈效率,从而使工作达到得心应手、轻松愉快、硕果累累的目的。With the rapid changes of external environment, such as the gradual establishment of socialist market economy, knowledge-based economy on the horizon, the rapid advancement of the reform of higher education, the vigorous development of private universities and so on, combined with the changes of educators and students, the range of supervisors’ responsibilities have been extended and services will continue to expand. At the same time, there have been many complex miscellaneous and confused phenomena in the work. It is urgent that college supervisors should handle well the relationships of the importance and urgency, the efficiency and effectiveness and the will and ability in our work. Only in this way can we achieve a multiplier effect.
