摘 要:结构用陶粒混凝土属脆性材料,其强度越高,脆性越大,为改善其力学性质及韧性,常掺入钢纤维将其制成陶粒钢纤维混凝土。该试验研究了钢纤维掺量在0%~2%(体积百分比)变化条件下的陶粒钢纤维混凝土的流动性,探讨了水泥浆数量、水泥浆稠度、骨料最大粒径、砂率及钢纤维按量对陶粒钢纤维混凝土的影响。实验结果对陶粒钢纤维混凝土的发展及应用具有指导作用。Ceramsite concrete used in structure is a brittle material, the higher the strength, the greater is its brittleness. In order to improve its mechanical properties and tenacity, Ceramsite Steel Fibre Concrete(CSFC) is often made by means of adding steel fibres into ceramsite concrete. In this paper, the change trend of fluidness of CSFC has been experimentally studied, in which the volume fraction of steel fibre varies in a small range(0 ~ 2. OVol. % ). The influence of cement mortar quantity, cement mortar density', maximum aggregate size, sand percentage and steel fibre volume fraction on the fluidness of CSFC has been inquired. The test results have directive function for the development and application of CSFC.
