摘　　要：通过试验研究 ,提出混凝土小砌块住宅外墙 3个方案和现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙住宅外墙 2个方案及相应的屋面、窗户等围护结构方案 ,经工程试点热工测试 。Through test and analysis, authors offered three programs of the exterior wall of small concrete building block resident, two programs of exterior wall of pouring reinforcement concrete shear wall resident, and relevant programs of exterior\|protected structure such as roof, window, and so on. After thermal tests in practical projects, these programs were proved to satisfy the requirements of energy conservation in Shanghai area.
