摘  要:以SnCl4·5H2O为原料,乙醇为溶剂,配制SnO2溶胶,并采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃纤维表面生成一层均匀的涂膜,通过控制反应物初始浓度和玻璃纤维提拉次数在玻璃纤维表面制备具有不同厚度的SnO2薄膜.研究了薄膜厚度对薄膜的物相结构、透光率和电阻率的影响及原因.结果表明:随着薄膜厚度的增加,薄膜的晶化程度提高,晶粒尺寸增大,导电性能提高,而透光率呈现逐渐减小的趋势.当薄膜厚度为557 nm时,薄膜的电阻率最小,为0.16Ω·m.薄膜厚度在56~340 nm之间时,薄膜的透光率在76%以上,而当薄膜厚度继续增加时,透光率下降到低于62%.In oue research, SnO2 thin film on glass fibers has been fabricated using ethanol as solvent and pent hydrate tin chloride as staring material by Sol - gel method. A thin film with different thicknesses on glass fi- bers has been obtained by choosing different concentrations of the reactant and dipping times. The effect of the film thickness on the structure, transmittance of the thin film and the resistivity of glass fibers have been investiga- ted. The results show that with the rising of the film thickness, the degree of erystallinity of the film, the grain size and the conductive performancewill increase, while the light transmission rate gradually decreases. When the thickness of the thin film is 557 nm,the resistivity will be the smallest,which is 0.16 lΩ· m. The transmittance will exceed to 76% when the thickness of the thin film increases from 56 nm to 340 nm. With further increasing of the thickness ,the transmittance will decrease to less than 62%.
