摘 要:以纸浆纤维表面化学与纸页强度特性的关系为切入点,采用XPS、AFM和CLSM等现代分析方法,对马尾松、桉木等为原料的纸浆纤维表面化学进行解析,分析了制浆过程及打浆对纸浆纤维表面化学的影响,归结出O/C值和C1/C2值等纤维表面化学的特征参数,并以此关联纸页的强度性能.结果表明:O/C值和C1/C2值是重要的纤维表面化学参数,能分别表征纤维表面的疏水和亲水性能.研究结果可为深入探究纸页强度形成机理以及纸浆纤维改性和定向设计提供重要理论指导.Based on the relationship between the surface chemistry of pulp fibers and the physical strength of paper sheets, the surface chemistry of pulp fibers from masson pine and eucalyptus are analyzed by means of modern in- struments, such as XPS, AFM and CLSM. Then, the effects of pulping process and beating on the surface chemi- stry of pulp fiber are discussed. O/C ratio and C1/C2 ratio, are Moreover, the characteristic presented and are correlated show that the O/C and CI/C2 ratios are important parameters parameters of the surface chemistry of pulp fibers, to the physical strength of paper sheets. The results for fiber surface chemistry, and they can respectively characterize the hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties of the pulp fiber surface. These studies can provide theore- tical guidance for the further research on the formation mechanism of the physical strength of paper sheets as well as for the modification and rational design of pulp fibers.
