摘  要:目的探讨超声引导技术在小儿骶管麻醉穿刺中的应用价值。方法 60例患者随机分为阻力消失技术定位骶管穿刺组(对照组)和超声引导下骶管麻醉组(观察组),每组各30例。对照组采取传统的体表标志进针及阻力消失法确定骶管硬膜外间隙位置,观察组采用超声实时引导穿刺针进入骶管硬膜外间隙。记录两组穿刺时间、穿刺次数和骶管阻滞成功率。结果与对照组比较,观察组穿刺时间明显缩短(P<0.05),试穿次数明显减少(P<0.05),骶管阻滞一次性穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下小儿骶管麻醉可以做到准确定位,为临床麻醉提供有效的方法,具有广泛的临床应用前景。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound - guided technique in pediatric caudal anesthesia. Meth-ods Sixty children aged 13-60 months were randomized into two groups: observation group and control group, 30 chil-dren for each. In control group, caudal block was conducted with classic methods that the needle placement along tradition- al body surface landmarks and loss of resistance were used to determine the caudal epidural space. In observation group, real- time ultrasound- guided puncture needle was placed into the caudal epidural space. Both groups were recorded for puncture time, puncture frequency and success rate of caudal block. Results Compared to control group, the puncture time was shorter, the attempt times for puncture lower, and the success rate of one - off puncture significantly higher in ob- servation group. Signi^icant difference was found between them (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Ultrasound - guided pediatric caudal anesthesia can locate accurately and provide an effective method for clinical anesthesia, with the prospects of being applied widely in practice.
