摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对太极拳攻防转化的研究,深入剖析太极拳内在攻防规律其遵循的力学原理及在攻防中的具体应用。旨在揭示太极拳的精妙和动作精要,为太极拳的学习和研究提供帮助,并结合阴阳学说,对二者在实战中的攻防变化进行了深入分析和比较研究,揭示了太极拳动静特点及阴阳变化的独特魅力。This article utilizes the literature, the logical analysis, based on the transformation of Taijiquan attack and defense transformation researches, explores the inner law of Taijiquan attack followed on the defensive end and mechanics principle and the specific application. The study aims to reveal Taijiquan subtle and action essentials for Taijiquan study and research to provide help, combined with the theory of Yin and Yang, the two actual combat in the offensive and defensive change to carry on the thorough analysis and comparative study, this paper reveals the Taijiquan movement characteristics and changes of Yin and Yang unique charm.
